Dr. Hida is a licensed psychologist, researcher, and educator with
over a decade of experience. Dr. Hida is based in Boston and offers
psychological services for children, adolescents, young adults, and
families. Dr. Hida's approach is evidence-based, compassionate,
creative, and tailored to patients' and families' unique needs. Dr.
Hida's specialties include chronic illness/medical coping, OCD,
anxiety, phobias, mood/depression, ADHD, disordered eating, and
trauma.
Dr. Hida earned her Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in school
psychology from North Carolina State University. She was previously
faculty at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where
she also completed her internship/residency and postdoctoral
fellowship in pediatric psychology. Her clinical and research
interests are broadly focused on the provision of high-quality
accessible behavioral health services to children and families
historically underserved by healthcare institutions.
